BREAKING NEWS! MRP'S PARTICIPATION IN THE ELECTIONS IS ILLEGAL! ELECTIONS MIGHT BE REPEATED!

 

The MRP, which became the first party by winning 5 seats in last week's elections, is in a state of turmoil. It is claimed that the party has not submitted its "party charter in English" to the Electoral Commission, which is one of the conditions for entering the elections, and that the party will submit the charter to the first session tomorrow. On the other hand, could the failure to declare the party charter on time create a problem? 

The MRP was formed abruptly with a public announcement before the elections. It was often criticized that the party program was not detailed and did not include a systematic solution method. However, the MRP achieved significant success with its populist rhetoric during the propaganda process. In addition, they strengthened their power by announcing a coalition with the AMP. 

However, the Electoral Commission's 'double standard' towards the MRP is clearly illegal. In this context, the election may be canceled or renewed depending on the reaction of the parties. The other parties are expected to appeal to the Electoral Council at the first meeting tomorrow. 

CLP and 3P will contest the process!

After the MRP's illegality was recognized, all eyes turned to the opposition parties 3P and CLP. Speaking to Notario, 3P press spokesperson Ece Tunçay announced that they will closely follow the process and legal appeals will be made. On the other hand, Elif Sinem Özel, on behalf of the CLP, said that the CLP is abstaining as there is currently no evidence, but that this will be raised in the first session tomorrow. It is expected that the CLP will issue a press release if the incident is revealed. 

NO ECONOMIC PROGRAM IN THE CHARTER!

It is noteworthy that the Turkish statute published by the MRP does not include an economic program and only superficially goes over the concepts. Is the MRP's only function to produce discourse politics? In this context, there are also some within the party who complain about the responsibility of the MRP being the first party. Unlike other parties, the MRP is not professionally staffed and avoids any criticism or program on law, structural problems and the economic order. Will they be able to run the country and parliament just by sending men into space?

EYES ON THE PARLIAMENT AND THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION

As of this morning, our news center received information that CLP and 3P will appeal the results. All eyes are on the Electoral Council's decision. However, the Electoral Council may delegate the decision to the Parliament. In that case, the policy of the MRP and the opposition will be decisive.

Geçtiğimiz hafta yapılan seçimlerde 5 sandalye alarak birinci parti olan MRP’de hareketli saatler yaşanıyor. Partinin seçime giriş şartlarından olan “İngilizce parti tüzüğü”nü Seçim Kurulu’na bildirmediği ve partinin yarınki ilk oturuma tüzüğü yetiştireceği iddia ediliyor. Öte yandan, parti tüzüğünün zamanında beyan edilmemesi bir problem yaratabilir mi?

MRP, seçimden önce kamuoyuna yaptığı duyuruyla ani bir şekilde kuruldu. Parti programının detaylı olmaması, sistematik bir çözüm yöntemi içermemesi sıkça eleştirildi. Ancak MRP propaganda sürecindeki popülist söylemlerle ciddi bir başarı yakaladı. Bunun yanında, AMP ile koalisyonlarını ilan ederek, güçlerine güç kattılar.

Ancak Seçim Kurulu’nun MRP’ye gösterdiği ‘çifte standart’ açık bir şekilde kanun dışı. Bu bağlamda, partilerin vereceği reaksiyona göre seçim iptal edilebilir veya yenilenebilir. Diğer partilerin yarın ilk toplantıda Seçim Kurulu’na itiraz etmesi öngörülüyor.

CLP ve 3P SÜRECE İTİRAZ EDECEK!

MRP’nin yaptığı bu hukuk dışılığın fark edilmesinin ardından gözler muhalafet partileri 3P ve CLP’ye çevrildi. Notario’ya konuşan 3P basın sözcüsü Ece Tunçay, sürecin yakın takipçisi olacaklarını ve hukuki başvuruların yapılacağını açıkladı. Öte yandan, CLP adına Elif Sinem Özel, şu anda bir kanıt olmadığından CLP’nin çekimser davrandığını ancak yarınki ilk oturumda bu durumun dile getirileceğini belirtti. CLP’nin olayın açığa çıkması halinde bir basın açıklaması yapacağı tahmin ediliyor.

TÜZÜKTE EKONOMİK PROGRAM YOK!

MRP’nin yayımladığı Türkçe tüzükte ekonomik bir program olmaması ve kavramların üzerinden yüzeysel geçildiği dikkat çekti. MRP’nin tek işlevi söylem siyaseti mi üretmek? Bu bağlamda, parti içerisinde MRP’nin birinci parti olmasının getirdiği sorumluluktan şikayet eden kesimler de mevcut. MRP, diğer partilerin aksine, profesyonel kadrolardan uzak; hukuk, yapısal problemler ve ekonomik düzen hakkında bir eleştiri veya program getirmekten kaçınıyor. Yalnızca, erkekleri uzaya göndererek ülke ve meclisi yönetebilecekler mi?
